Vikram Oberoi (Amit Dolawat) is a rich businessman who has willed his entire wealth and property to his secretary Aditya (Ravi Vyas) in the event of his death or insanity. Vikram gives a job in his company to Diana D’Souza (Drisha More) and he soon falls in love with her. He proposes marriage and she agrees to marry him. But Rathod, a friend of Vikram, hatches a plan to drive Vikram mad so that the will can be executed. He takes Aditya into confidence who informs Vikram that Diana has died.
